Cancellation Policy
Cabin Accommodation Bookings
Acceptance of an accommodation booking is acknowledgement and agreement to these terms and conditions.
The tariff is based on the number and type of guests for the specified time and duration. Any changes thereto may change the tariff.
Prices quoted are current at time of booking, inclusive of GST and firm upon full payment for the specified time and duration.
Time Frame For Cancellations:
Cabins:

Cancellations at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 14 days but more than 7 days before arrival incur a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled arrival ( No Refund ) unless cabin is rebooked.
Caravan and Camping Sites:

Cancellations 7 days or more Full Refund.

Cancellations within 7 days incur a 50% fee.

Cancellations within 48hrs no refund.
Bookings can be moved, however prices may change depending on the new booking period and amendment fees may apply. To be used within 12 months.
The same cancellation requirements as indicated above apply to Group bookings (two or more on-site accommodation), however 30 days' notice must be given in this case.
No refunds are given for early departures or cancellations once arrived.
Promotions & Offers
Only one promotional/membership offer can be redeemed on any booking.
Promotional code, voucher or membership discounts must be redeemed at time of online booking. Discounts will not be applied or refunded after a booking has been confirmed.
Liabilities
Guests may be liable for additional cleaning fees where accommodation has been left in an unreasonable untidy/dirty condition, including dirty dishes.
Guests are liable for any breakages, at the replacement cost price.
In the respect for the comfort of others staying at Kimberleyland Holiday Park, we only allow one vehicle per booking site.
Mat sites are not to have pegs put through the mats, this is property damage and will incur a replacement cost fee.
Tow balls are to face the road to allow for emergency exiting.
Waterfront sites are not to place ground mats of any type on the grass. This includes tents, swags or soft floor camper trailers.
We reserve the right to refuse entry into Kimberleyland Holiday Park. A full refund will be issued under these circumstances.
Park Rules
Respect Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum between 9pm and 6am to ensure all guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay.
Drive Safely
Stick to the park’s low speed limits and be mindful of pedestrians, children, cyclists and wildlife at all times.
Keep Sites Tidy
Ensure your campsite or cabin area is clean, organised and free from rubbish. Use designated bins provided throughout the park.
Supervise Children
Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the lagoon, pool areas, roads and shared facilities.
Look After Wildlife
Enjoy observing wildlife from a distance. Do not feed or approach crocodiles, birds or any native animals within the park.
Follow Pool Rules
Use the pool safely and responsibly. No glass, running, or unsafe behaviour. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Respect Other Guests
Be considerate of fellow travellers by keeping music, gatherings and activities to an appropriate level, especially during evenings.
Use Facilities Properly
Please treat communal kitchens, bathrooms and laundry areas with care. Leave them clean and ready for the next guest.
Dispose of Waste Correctly
Use designated dump points and rubbish stations for all waste. Help us maintain a clean, safe and environmentally friendly park.
