MAIN ROADS WESTERN AUSTRALIA
MITCHELL FREEWAY PSP
The Mitchell Motorway Principal Shared Path (PSP) project was a major initiative to improve pedestrian and cyclist infrastructure on one of Perth's busiest motorways. Main Roads Western Australia engaged TAG Advisory to provide expert project management and technical advisory services to ensure the successful completion of this critical infrastructure project.
Our team collaborated closely with Main Roads Western Australia to create a detailed project plan that covered every aspect of the pathway construction. This encompassed route planning, environmental assessments, engineering design, and construction management. Our comprehensive approach ensured that all project activities were strategically aligned and carried out effectively.
TAG Advisory's dedication to excellence was clear throughout the project, from meticulous planning to proactive problem solving. We worked hard to meet all project milestones on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest levels of safety and quality. Our ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage complex logistics was critical in overcoming the challenges of building a major shared path alongside an active motorway.
The completion of the Mitchell Freeway PSP has significantly improved safety and connectivity for pedestrians and cyclists in Perth. The new pathway provides a safe, dedicated route for non-motorised road users, enhancing overall transportation efficiency and promoting healthier, more sustainable travel options. TAG Advisory is proud to have contributed to this transformative project, highlighting our capability in managing large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
